北京公社荣幸地宣布，我们将于2012年10月20日开幕胡晓媛个展“根处无果”，这是胡晓媛在北京公社的第二次个展，将展出她最新的装置和录像作品。展览持续到2013年01月28日。
胡晓媛1977年出生于哈尔滨，毕业于中央美术学院。她曾受邀参加过第二届新美术馆三年展—无法管制（纽约，2012），第十二届卡塞尔文献展（德国，2007）等重要展览，是当下最受关注的中国年轻艺术家之一。

Beijing Commune is pleased to announce the opening of the new exhibition “No Fruit at the Root” on October 20th, 2012. Showing her latest works of installation and video, it is the second solo exhibition of Hu  Xiaoyuan with the gallery. The exhibition will last until January 28th, 2013.
Hu Xiaoyuan was born in Harbin in 1977 and graduated from Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2002. As one from the emerging generation, Hu Xiaoyuan has received extensive attention from the art world. Significant exhibitions she has participated in include  "The Ungovernables: the Second New Museum Triennial" in New York, USA(2012) and "Documenta12" in Kassel, Germany(2007).
